Positive: Sauberkeit, Grösse der Betten Negative: Check-in über externe Webseite gab uns den falschen Türcode für das Zimmer, zu viele Nachrichten (doppelt und dreifach) erhalten -> eine Nachricht reicht, Duschabluss war bei uns verstopft

Apart Hotel con autoatención online, retirado del centro de la ciudad Positive: Buena relación precio calidad, para ingresar al recinto te dan las claves vía whatsapp sino tienes internet móvil, el lugar cuenta con wifi libre; por esta misma vía te informan el número de tu habitación donde también debes acceder con una clave en la puerta. Con camas individuales cómodas, pese a que la habitación era muy estrecha; recinto cuenta con un comedor con espacios para sentarte con maquinas de café y te, pero debes comprar tus comidas y las puedes guardar en el refrigerador. El lugar si bien, no tiene estacionamiento propio, pero en la vía pública tienes muchos lugares para aparcar. Negative: Muy retirado del centro de la ciudad, en mi caso ingresamos tres personas y la habitación se nos hizo es muy estrecha

Not an apartment Positive: The location was good an kitchen had all necessary amenities Negative: Not deserving of the 4star reviews that this place has. We paid extra to get an early check-in (2 hours before the scheduled time) but still did not get a room code to be able to open the room door (self check-in) and were waiting for 30-45 min Just to reach someone on the phone to get that code. The owner, does not seem to also have invested in the rooms that much. The beds are pretty uncomfortable. And you can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms if someone is slightly loud (very thin makeshift walls). The room themselves are pretty small and the pictures only try to make them look big but they aren't. The bathroom door in our room was broken was didn't close properly. The bathroom itself did not any any kind of ventilation so any smell eventually had to go into our tiny room and then out through the room window. There was some ventilation device in the bathroom but was not working. The kitchen is shared and has most of the amenities that one would need. There is also free parking on multiple streets nearby if you can find a spot. One other point is that there are cameras in all of the shared /common places (lobby, kitchen etc) so be aware if someone is not comfortable in that. The main door lock doesn't work so anybody can come in and out of the house. we had also contacted the owner to ask for a solution to a problem we had in our room, the impression I got was he should not be in the hospitality business because of his attitude in solving customer problems. Not very helpful at all.
