I cancelled our stay when we discovered these stairs and were charged in full. They said to contact them for any help vi
Positive: I liked the price.
Negative: The property is only accessible by an uncovered industrial factory like steel staircase. The last of 78 pictures shows a short metal staircase presumably leading to the sundeck/roof. The “first floor” is only accessible by going up two flights of steel open air steps and is not accessible if you have the slightest bit of difficulty walking.

Positive: Die Ferienwohnung war super, sehr sauber. Das mit dem Code war gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber mit Hilfe eines über geduldigen Mitarbeiters, konnte es, per Telefon gelöst werden
