Pay three and get two Positive: Hard to say, but let's say the shower had a good spash of water. Negative: My reviews are 90% positive, I always try to understand who is working. But this time I am really dissatisfied. We booked and paid for a room for three people. When we arrived, with the snow, the flat was freezing, but that wasn't a problem. We turned on the heaters and waited for it to warm up. The place with a name that starts with “lux” is nothing more than an underground flat with minimal furnishings. When we were finally ready to go to bed, we realised that there were only blankets and sheets for two people. I sent a message to ask for some for the third person, but unfortunately I didn't get a reply until the next day, when they sent me more than six emails explaining how to check in. Too bad we had already checked out. I asked for a refund, because it seemed the least they could do, only for the third person, not for the whole stay. The response was that the blankets and pillow were under the bed, as if we hadn't looked everywhere. I wrote back again saying that they weren't there and that the cleaner had probably forgotten them. I received another email explaining how to check in.

Positive: Fällt mir nichts ein. Negative: Bei der Wohnung handelte es sich um eine Kellerwohnung, dunkel und ungemütlich. Das ging nicht aus der Beschreibung hervor. Der Zugang über Kellertreppe und Vorraum, der eher an eine Abstellkammer erinnerte, war unangenehm. Als Zugabe gab es noch eine tropfende Decke im Bad.

A wonderful experience! Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Ingolstadt, with my family during the New Year holidays. The place was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. The location made it easy to explore the city, yet it still felt peaceful and private. What truly made our experience special were the owners, they were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for a better holiday accommodation. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Ingolstadt.
